The second house offers a welcoming living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, four double or twin bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. The third house features a comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room accommodating a total of 6 guests.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the private swimming pool which is ideal for relaxing moments and for organizing lunches or dinners by the pool. Upon request additional services are available such as grocery shopping with local Italian products including cheeses, wines oils and cured meats as well as the possibility of having a private cook and dedicated housekeeping services and for golf enthusiasts tee times can be arranged at the golf course on which the property is located.
