Located next to a 16th-century Palladian church, the Basilica di San Pietro, and a 15th-century bell tower, the property offers breathtaking views of the water, Campo San Pietro with its lush flowerbeds and trees, and the San Pietro Canal.

The house sleeps up to 16 guests in six elegant bedrooms plus a spacious loft with four sofa beds, each featuring a walk-in shower, and a small bathroom near the main kitchen on the ground floor. There are three fully equipped kitchens, a gym with a small pool and hot tub, and three living areas on the first floor and in the loft. Dining options abound with five distinct areas: a formal dining room, terraces, the loft, and dining on the campo. There is also a large conference and multimedia hall.

Ground floor: The main entrance leads to the stairs and lift. To the right, a small entrance hall opens to a corridor and the main kitchen. Four steps lead down to the cavanna, an ancient boat shelter that can host dinners for up to 50 guests, conferences, meetings, dance events, music, or cinema nights. The gym has a shower and a small bathroom, and doors open to a charming garden.

First floor: Via stairs or lift, you reach the third kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, and two bedrooms. Three doors open to a terrace overlooking the water.

Second floor: The master bedroom offers stunning views, a bathtub, and a balcony facing the Palladian church. The second bedroom includes a Turkish bath, and two additional bedrooms each feature private bathrooms.

Loft: A living area with four sofa beds can accommodate up to four teenagers or a couple. Stairs lead to a 150-foot rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Venice, perfect for dinner or drinks under the sky.
