DESCRIPTION

An apartment that reinterprets the Venetian imagination through a contemporary language, where the architecture and interiors of a typical historic palazzo engage in dialogue with the finest Italian handcrafted and manufactured design. Every element is custom made and conceived so that the space is not simply inhabited but experienced as a sensory journey shaped by light and by the constant presence of nature which filters through and breathes within every room.

The entrance opens directly onto the piano nobile, which has been completely reimagined. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while three generous portals connect the different areas of the home in a fluid and harmonious sequence. This environment represents the social heart of the residence, a true domestic campo where conviviality takes shape around the central kitchen and extends into the dining room which can naturally transform into a place for meeting and exchange.

The bedrooms are conceived as intimate retreats dedicated to personal well being. A palette inspired by the colours of the lagoon, with soft tones of pink, green, yellow and blue, envelops the spaces, creating a calm and secluded atmosphere. Textiles echo these hues with subtlety, while furnishings and details take on unexpected roles, such as small tables that become vases and decorative objects. Each room includes a reading area and a spacious private bathroom with a hammam, designed as an interior garden, a kind of intimate greenhouse that continues the greenery of the garden outside. Here, terrazzo surfaces, bathtubs and plants coexist in a natural balance, allowing the house to breathe.

At the centre of the home, the kitchen is conceived as a shared space designed to host lunches and dinners in an elegant yet informal atmosphere. The central island in green stone recalls the historic interiors of lagoon houses, while windows opening onto rooftops and Venetian terraces shape the light, softening the space throughout the day. The living area is completed by a welcoming and expansive lounge overlooking the garden, furnished with a large green sofa, reading corners and a carefully curated selection of art and design books reflecting a deep cultural sensibility.

This place is rooted in a long family tradition of hospitality that spans generations and continues to evolve into a contemporary vision of Venetian living. It is not only a home or a place to stay but a space for connection and creativity, where the warmth of a personalised welcome merges with the autonomy of a private residence and where local culture, craftsmanship and creative research come together naturally to form an experience that is both authentic and deeply connected to the city.
